Customer Success Manager

Cylindo is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Global Customer Success team of exceptional professionals in Europe and the United States. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships ensuring they get world class customer experience at Cylindo. You will be working in a highly collaborative and free environment in compliance with the global standards.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long lasting customer relationships (account ownership)

  • Lead point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Link between customer and Cylindo teams – delivery, support, product, management

  • Supervise deliveries and integration projects led by the delivery team (secure smooth deliveries and happy customers)

  • Proactively check, evaluate and support accounts – e.g. optimal Cylindo integration, optimal UX, SKU activation, new Cylindo product releases

  • Ad hoc problem solving with support from Cylindo teams – delivery, support, product, management

  • Secure subscription renewals

  • Manage new orders – pricing guidance, create quotations/sales documents, prepare delivery plan, signing, coordinate delivery with delivery team

  • Identify account development potential / new sales opportunities

  • Support in inbound lead management and qualification

  • Ad hoc sales management support

Required Skills and Technologies:

  • 3+ years of experience with sales / customer success / account management

  • Understanding of SaaS, can communicate using technical language

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Leadership skills, action-driven

  • Ready to take responsibility, good judgement, pro-active, creative

  • Capable of decision-making with our without support from the management team

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient work with Google Documents

  • Team player, fast learner, ambitious to advance and grow, good listener

  • Ideally, degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Customer relations

Pluses:

  • Has worked in a similar role before

  • Has experience working with teams, clients or companies from the visualization, retail or ecommerce industry

  • Has experience working with SaaS companies before

  • Understanding of the global ecommerce / visualization market
